January through Labor Day: $7500 per week
Sept (after Labor Day) until Christmas: $6500 per week
Easter & Memorial Day: $8000 per week
July 4 & Thanksgiving: $8500 per week
mini lobster season: $9500 per week
Lobster Opener: $9500 per week
Christmas, New Year: $9500 per week
Amenities include:
- 15' x 30' swimming pool, 4 1/2 ft deep all around
- small hot tub above pool, overflow into swimming pool (this heats pool)
- 8 chaise lounge chairs by the pool
- Over 5500 sq ft of living space, 1265 sq ft balconies, 2000 sq ft roof area outside master bedrooom
- 40 ft of deep water dockage
- Tile flooring throughout
- Free Wi-Fi included
- Total bedding: 5 kings in main house, 4 single beds & sofa in game room
- 2 bedrooms to east of living area each have private baths
- 2 bedrooms to west of living area share a bath
- Top floor master suite has a private bath
- There is an additional bathroom with a shower at pool level
- 2 sets of sheets, pillows and blankets for each bed
- 2 port a cribs, high chair, child chair, child safety gates, and toys
- Hair dryer in each bathroom
- Game room by pool with ping pong table, pool table, and foosball
- Gym equipment in game room
- 65" flat screen TV in living room
- 55" TV in game room
- 55" TV in master bedroom, 43" TV's in all other bedrooms
