Futura Yacht Club is a gated community that offers 2 and 3 bedroom condos with balconies (many offering a beautiful view of the Florida Bay), full kitchens with dining areas, living rooms and laundry.  Three level, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhomes are also available and very popular.  Townhomes also offer full kitchens with dining areas, balconies and private laundry.  Townhomes are overlooking either the bay or marina & most have a lovely view of the bay.    

Protected dockage is available for boats up to 36 feet with easy ocean access through Snake Creek or Tavernier Creek.

Rentals of less than 7 days are not allowed at Futura Yacht Club.
RV's are not allowed on Futura Yacht Club property
Boat Dockage is available at $200.00 per week
*Dockage is $250 per week during holidays*
Beginning March 1, 2024 there will be a fee to park your trailer and
use the boat ramp paid directly to the Futura office
Boat liability insurance of $300,000 in property damage is required


Additional charges:
$300 security deposit weekly rentals
$500 security deposit monthly rentals
12.5% sales tax
$10/night renter fee - $200 max per stay
$100 processing fee

$225 exit cleaning 2 bedroom townhomes
$200 exit cleaning 2 bedroom condos
$225 exit cleaning 3 bedroom condos

**Effective 3/1/24 there is a $200 fee payable to Futura upon check in for boat trailer storage and boat ramp use**
