Boat slips are available for $200/week ($250 holidays). In addition FYC HOA charges $150 per trailer and $50 per boat payable directly to them upon check in and seperate from the slip fee.
If booking more than a year in advance current prices may not reflect annual cost of living increase. Many of our guests rebook the same property on an annual basis. No reservation is confirmed until you have made a deposit and your contract is signed.
